The above rates include all the bills such as: water, electricity, gas, independent heating, air conditioner (in summer), usage of household appliances and Internet lan wireless (with your own pc).

Deposit Policy: It's requested the payment of a deposit or of the total amount of the booking in case of very short periods.
Cancellation Policy: In case you cancel more than 30 days before the arrival date, we will credit you the caution in full (minus euros 15 for banking/post expenses); In case you cancel less than 29 days before the arrival date but more than 15 days before your arrival date, no reimbursement is due. In case you cancel less than 14 days before the arrival date you have to pay a penalty (about 10%) in addition to deposit.
Restrictions: No pets; no smoking flat. Maximum number of occupants: 2 adults. Late Check out: Must be requested
Check-in it is previewed after hours 2.00 pm, if no differently agreed.
The flat has to be freed by 11.00 am, if no differently agreed.
