Pietro's open in 2007. It's a modern studio flat, recently refurbished, with a bedroom (with a double bed), a tiny separated kitchen and a bathroom finely furbished.
It is the perfect solution for your short stay in the city and its characteristic surroundings, offering you all the services and comforts of a proper house.
Quite, and equipped with every comfort, the Studio Flat offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The special materials in the furnishings, like wood and stone, create an elegant ambience, perfect for a very relaxing stay.
The apartment is located on the second and last floor of a quiet building in Broccaindosso Street, very closed to the Piazza Maggiore, the Two Towers, the Fair District and the Railway Station.
The area is served by public transports (also for the Airport "G. Marconi).
Bank Institutes, post office, chemist’s shop, bar and restaurants (quite famous for their typical local cuisine) are just two steps away.
We do not have a parking space available for the guests but it's possible to park your car in a private garage or in a plublic area very closed to the studio flat ( Via Antonio Zanolini).
